Along with my love for poetry I have had a strong admiration for what can be done on the stage. When I was young I remember my mother reciting monologues and dramatic poems. The emotional responses she would get from people while she was in character captivated me.
Since then, I have been fortunate enough to be a student of drama, to see many of the plays mounted by the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts in Los Angeles, and from 2001-2004 I was able to experience the summer offerings of Mexican playwrights in Mexico City.

Ran as part of The Raider Red One-Act Spectacular at Texas Tech University from March 31-April 8, 2007.
A one act play that captures the emotional separations of a couple that would love nothing more than to be close.
